RETURN POLICY
Exchanges or returns on website items can be made within 10 days of shipment.

No exchanges or returns on special and custom orders, sale items and discontinued items including XL & XS sizes.   This includes all items from the Show & Cocktail Dresses line.

All returned merchandise must be in original new condition, unworn and with original tags and packing.

All returned items must be accompanied by a return approval number, which can be obtained by emailing the reason of return to  cindy@fioreballroomdesigns.com.  All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

All refunds take 2 to 3 weeks to process and will be credited to your credit card account. All refunds are for merchandise only (less 15% restocking fee). Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

All returns and exchanges must be sent postage paid. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

All returns and exchanges must include instructions telling us what you would like to be done with your returned items, such as specifying an exchange.

For exchanges, a reshipment charge of $8.00 per item (skirts, tops, menswear) will be charged through your credit card.

We will only be responsible for the reshipping charges if we sent the wrong style, size or colors.

ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS ON ANY CUSTOM ORDER DRESS!
